We happily accept returns/exchanges on items (except reduced or sale items). Reduced or sale items cannot be refunded, you will receive a Web Credit for the returned items. We cannot refund shipping charges. You are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item to us, including any currency conversion costs.
You have 7 days, from the date of delivery, to send your item back to us via Australia Post or courier with a tracking number.
All items returned must be in original condition with swing tags attached. Any items which have been altered or worn will not be replaced, exchanged or refunded. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed (any additional method of payment will not be processed).
To return/exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Complete the Refund/Exchange Request Form at the bottom of your invoice.
- Send your item and the completed Refund/Exchange Request Form back to us via Australia Post or courier with a tracking number.
- Send an email to email@example.com with the item details, invoice number, tracking number and contact details.
- Once we process your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have created a web credit or processed the exchange/ refund.
