How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Please email info@thedreamerlabel.com, including your invoice number, to request return or exchange approval within 7 days of receiving your order. Do not send your order back without prior email approval.
- Once approved, return your item via Australia Post or courier with a tracking number.
- We will notify you by email once your return or exchange has been processed.
Please Note
- We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items only. Discounted items cannot be refunded; a store credit will be issued for approved returns.
- All purchases from our Warehouse Sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, including any currency conversion fees.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
